موارد مصرف:
با توجه به ویژگی های محصول از جمله: دانه بندی مناسب، زمان گیرش اولیه سریع و مقاومت بسیار بالا جهت مصارف زیرکار (گچ و خاک)، طاق ضربی، سفیدکاری اولیه، مصالح پیش ساخته و دیوار گچی پیشنهاد می گردد.
نحوه تولید:
سنگ گچ مرغوب پس از تنظیم دانه بندی به وسیله آسیاب فکی و آسیاب چکشی وارد کوره دوار ( low burn ) شده و در دمای مناسب پخت می گردد و پس از اختلاط با خروجی سیکلون و بگ فیلتر به سیلوی دمپخت هدایت می گردد. پس از ثبات شرایط بار پخت شده به آسیاب پین میل(توری ۴ میلی متری) هدایت شده و در نهایت به سیلوی بارگیری منتقل می گردد.

Indications:
Based on the product’s features, including appropriate granulation, fast initial setting time, and very high strength, it is recommended for use in base layers (plaster and soil), arched ceilings, initial whitewashing, prefabricated materials, and gypsum walls.
Production Method:
The high-quality gypsum, after being granulated using a jaw crusher and hammer mill, is fed into a rotary kiln (low burn) and cooked at the appropriate temperature. After mixing with the output of the cyclone and bag filter, it is directed to the post-cooking silo. Once the conditions are stabilized, the cooked material is transferred to the pin mill (with a 4mm mesh) and finally moved to the loading silo.
Implementation:
Weigh 2.5 kilograms of Momen Abad Semnan gypsum and 2 liters of water. Gradually add the gypsum to the water over a period of 2 minutes, then stir for 30 seconds. This mixture is used for finishing building surfaces and for moldings.
