Definition of Micronized Plaster:
Micronized gypsum is actually a high-mesh construction gypsum used for finishing plastering. After the production of ordinary gypsum, the gypsum enters a new stage of grinding, changing its grain-forming gypsum and converting the conventional gypsum into micronized gypsum. Micronized plaster is also used for work such as sculpture and molding.
The name of the plaster is due to its particle size, which is produced and packed in a grain size of 175 microns or less. This product is much more useful than ordinary gypsum plaster types. Micronized gypsum is manufactured in various meshes, which in fact indicates its ability to pass through sieve with very fine springs.
Micronized Plaster Production Method:
The method of production of this product is quite similar to the white plaster. The only difference between the product line and the white plaster is the existence of a device called a separator in its production line.
The performance of the separator is that due to its calibration, the gypsum grains can pass through the blades to a certain extent, and the other grains are returned to the asbestos for abrasion and re-crushing. Separator blades have a certain distance to the body, and the shorter the distance, the finer the output will be. Separators are made in two types of dynamic and static, each with its own function. Depending on the granulation required, micronized powders can be produced using a variety of separators, with a grain size of 11 to 0.002 mm or a mesh of 18 to 3500.

Storage Method of Micronized Plaster Powder:
To keep this product in standard condition, you must place it on plastic or wooden pallets. It is recommended to hold up to 10 bags in a single pallet. If pallets are kept in a closed environment that does not have standard ventilation, they must be at least one meter away from the walls and exchange so that air can flow through the plaster.
